Just inside the front door is an open/flex space with a desk and plenty of room to get acquainted with your new home! The nearby kitchen area is fully stocked with a Keurig, pods, bottled water, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans and more. Tons of storage in the closet area in the entry area as well including a vacuum, mop and collapsable cart to help with moving, groceries and more. There is also seating at the kitchen bar for meals, entertaining, working, etc.
The living room has soaring ceilings with huge windows that showcase downtown Des Moines (there are privacy shades as well). The sofa is cozy with a large coffee table, comfy pillows, extra blankets as well as a side chair and 55" smart TV that is ready to go for your streaming accounts or use some of the included options!
Just off the main living area, you'll first find the bathroom that has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, a hair dryer and more. This unit is situated at the end of the building, which offers a huge window in the bedroom, also with privacy/room darkening shades. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage as well as a drying rack, ironing board, iron, laundry supplies and more.
